Steve Adler Chief Executive Officer
Steve Adler has over 40 years of broad experience with medical device companies. Mr. Adler has been responsible for over 30 medical device regulatory approvals and multiple WW commercial product launches in primarily cardiac and neuromodulation therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Native Cardio, he served as CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board at Flowonix Medical Inc. where he had been requested by the Board to return after serving as the CEO for Flowonix’s first 10 years. Prior to returning to Flowonix, he was CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Catheter Precision Inc. He grew Flowonix from inception to regulatory approvals, market launch, and $20M annual run rate while raising over $120 million in equity and venture debt, and later steered the company to an acquisition. He was EVP of Transneuronix Inc., which sold to Medtronic, VP of Clinical Affairs at InControl Inc., which sold to Guidant (Boston Scientific). Mr. Adler started his career at Intermedics Inc. a cardiac pacemaker and defibrillator company, which also sold to Guidant. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and MS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Robert Bilkovski, MD, MBA., Chief Medical Officer
Robert Bilkovski, MD, MBA has 10+ years of clinical experience plus 10+ years of industry experience in the pharmaceuticals, medical device and IVD industries. He has served in medical leadership roles for several Fortune 500 companies, including GE Healthcare, Abbott Laboratories and Becton Dickinson. In addition, Robert led medical affairs for the proprietary pharmaceuticals division at Hospira. Robert graduated with a Doctor of Medicine form Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School, completed residency training in emergency medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Morgan Wagner Chief of Staff
Graduate from the University of Alabama, Morgan is an energetic and highly motivated member of the team that has five years of experience working closely with start-up biotech ventures. She has held positions in Operations Management, Investor Relations, and Public Relations while having worked closely to support all team member in a start-up venture and understands the dynamic and competitive nature of the industry. Morgan is a former news reporter and anchor whom focused a majority of her reports on the continuing and growing drug-overdose epidemic.
