Robert Bilkovski, MD, MBA., Chief Medical Officer

Robert Bilkovski, MD, MBA has 10+ years of clinical experience plus 10+ years of industry experience in the pharmaceuticals, medical device and IVD industries. He has served in medical leadership roles for several Fortune 500 companies, including GE Healthcare, Abbott Laboratories and Becton Dickinson. In addition, Robert led medical affairs for the proprietary pharmaceuticals division at Hospira. Robert graduated with a Doctor of Medicine form Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School, completed residency training in emergency medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Morgan Wagner Chief of Staff

Graduate from the University of Alabama, Morgan is an energetic and highly motivated member of the team that has five years of experience working closely with start-up biotech ventures. She has held positions in Operations Management, Investor Relations, and Public Relations while having worked closely to support all team member in a start-up venture and understands the dynamic and competitive nature of the industry. Morgan is a former news reporter and anchor whom focused a majority of her reports on the continuing and growing drug-overdose epidemic.

William B. Rottenberg, PE, CCDS Chief Engineer / R&D

Will is a broadly experienced engineer/manager with over 30 years in the medical device industry. He has held positions in Development Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Assurance, Clinical Engineering, Customer Service and Sales. In these positions, he also worked closely with Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing, so he has been involved with the entire medical device development process. His experience includes nine years of management, eight years of project leadership and two years at an early-stage medical device start-up. Will is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist

Michael L. Turnbull Executive Sales and Marketing

Michael has held sales and senior sales management positions at both large corporations and several start-up companies. Michael was involved with many cutting-edge technologies, including one of the earliest cochlear implants, the Jarvik-7 total artificial heart, the first implantable wireless loop recorder (ECG monitor), regenerative tissue technology and the #1 implantable heart pump in the world. While sales and sales management were the primary focus of his career, Michael’s roles expanded into strategic planning, marketing, reimbursement, regulatory and clinical affairs in his work with the startup companies.
